Popis pracovní nabídky

As our new team member, you will be responsible for accounting of assigned entity.<br/>Your responsibility with also include company´s month-end closing processes resulting in complete and accurate financial statements (experience in this is a MUST).<br/>Our senior team members will be there to support you and you will be expected to cooperate with them on more complex tasks.<br/>
<ul>
<li> Preparation of month-end journals, maintenance of General Ledger records in timely and accurate manner</li>
<li> Running analyses for assigned accounting entities</li>
<li> Preparation of intercompany invoices and documents for auditors</li>
<li> Monthly balance sheet reconciliations</li>
<li> Carry out and review internal and external reporting</li>
<li> Execution of government reports, tax reporting and ad hoc financial information requests</li>
<li> Supporting the Team Leaders and Controllers with ad-hoc projects, tasks and issues</li>
<li> Compliance to internal controls in accordance with the company's processes</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE !!! at least 2 years (accounting/tax or audit field)</li>
<li> ENGLISH and SPANISH language</li>
<li> Minimum high school degree with relevant experience (university degree is an advantage as well as Accounting certification)</li>
<li> Experience with reporting US GAAP/IFRS is a MUST!!!!</li>
<li> Proficient knowledge in written and spoken English (Spanish would be nice to have)</li>
<li> Advanced level of Microsoft Excel (pivot, vlook up, sum if, ect.)</li>
<li> Proven experience with preparation of statutory financial statements and direct/indirect taxes </li>
<li> SAP knowledge</li>
