- To assist the team in achieving productivity targets
- Monitor performance, productivity, quality and issues of the merchandise team
- Process invoices through the system and look after specific set of accounts
- First point of contact for queries within the team
- Daily work task planning and reporting
- Contempus Admin activities
- Regular reviews with Team leader
- Back up for MER Team Leader
Požadujeme
- AP experience at least 2 years
- Knowledge of overall AP processes
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of French is essential
- At least Intermediate level of English
- Analytical skills
- High degree of integrity, team player
- Able to deliver to deadlines
- Ability to organize priorities & work under the pressure
- Self motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
