Popis pracovní nabídky

Our client provides business consulting, technology, engineering and outsourcing services for clients in over 30 countries. Their rapid growth brought a new multilingual project for which we are seeking employees for their team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with suppliers and resolve queries
  • Process transactions (invoices, credit notes)
  • Perform supplier account reconciliations
  • Prepare, initiate and perform payments
  • Process travel expense transactions
  • Set-up and maintain supplier database
  • Perform month-end activities


Requirements:
  • English and at a communicative level
  • Secondary education or higher
  • PC skills (knowledge of Oracle or SAP can be an advantage)
  • Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as within a team
