<br/>Your responsibility will be mainly to respond to specific questions regarding invoices and all Accounts Payable queries via phone call and e-mail, log complaints and provide a high standard of Customer Service. By providing information, options, and an unbeatable level of service you’ll make customers happy—today and going forward.<br/>
<br/>Essential Job Functions:<ul>
<li> Solves customer problems within company service policies and guidelines, utilizing approved procedures; </li>
<li> When non-routine issues arise, selects from clear cut courses of action for next steps or escalates; </li>
<li> Answers any billing questions, informs customers of billing and installation procedures and processes payments</li>
<li> Perform other duties as requested.</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Excellent communication and problem solving skills</li>
<li> Proactive and initiative-driven approach</li>
<li> Language skills - communicative level of English, German excellent required</li>
<li> Customer service experience preferred</li>
<li> Ability to follow specific processes, exercising initiative and flexibility as appropriate</li>
<li> Ability to adapt communication styles and interact well with a large and diverse group of employees and customers in order to complete tasks</li>
<li> Computer skills to an advanced level / MS Office knowledge</li>
</ul>Team work is a must while ensuring follow up on individual responsibility<br/>
