COM-IN MANAGER Communications and Interior Design Manager

Job descriptions:

- work with all media in the company store to create solutions for living that
reflect the needs of our customers and the strengths of our range.
- ensure that all communication in the store supports the company identity and
the current corporate branding strategy.
- develop an annual action plan and operating budget to execute business plan
and commercial goals.
- develop and maintain strong relationships with the Sales and Logistics
departments in order to maximise sales and create efficiencies through effective
communication and handling the highest volumes at the lowest possible costs.
- support and promote the use of proper briefing and working processes in order
to achieve high effectiveness in production and high quality in execution of
sales and communication solutions.
- ensure the competence development of co-workers in the Communication and
Interior design department.
- be the expert on the local market regarding the competition and how people
live.
- create an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and the diversity of
our customers and co-workers is valued and embraced.
- contribute as a member of the Store Steering Group.
- assume responsibility for projects and tasks as they occur.
