<li>Key Account management for Czech Republic</li>
<li> Prospect by telephone cold-calling to establish territories</li>
<li> Manage and solicit designated market for room sales and meeting/social functions </li>
<li> Achieve monthly budget goals and new business targets</li>
<li> Activities: telemarketing, outside sales calls, conduct walking tours, entertaining clients, developing and soliciting new leads, presenting and preparing written proposals and contracts </li>
<li> Develop and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients </li>
<li> Gather, organize and disseminate both written and verbal information regarding the specific requirements of client events to the appropriate departments and individual clients in a prompt, accurate, profitable, pleasant, and professional manner </li>
<li> Develop target list and action plans for account solicitation </li>
<li> Consistently participate in the re-booking of repeat business by having a track record of long term client relationships </li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of sales techniques including strong closing skills as well as negotiating skills </li>
<li> Ability to work with outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction for all events</li>
<li>Close cooperation with other departments</li>
<li>Negotiation of event conditions</li>
<li>Load rates GDS</li>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Hotel experience for 3 years in sales -corporate</li>
<li> Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines </li>
<li> Command of the English language both written and verbal is a must, German language is an advantage</li>
<li> High School Diploma - Higher College Education</li>
<li> Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word and Excel</li>
<li>Great knowledge of local market</li>
<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li>
