- To cooomunicate and work with the business lines and country Chief Operating Officer to ensure awareness of service quality issues from a customer perspective, ensure identification and emphasis on major services.
- To deliver key strategic project
- To actively communicate with regional and local teams
- Coordinate processre-engineering activities within the company.
- Leverage system automation wherever possible and eradicate paper based processes.
- Lead Business Risk and Control Management activities within the local team. Engage with regional counterparties to agree a set of controls, a testing plan and a reporting mechanism then implement in the local team. Perform regular testing according to the plan and advise on improvements to controls and evidence.
Požadujeme
- Proven experience with Project Management min 5 years and with Risk Management (min 2 years)
- Experience from international company, be able to communicate and report locally as well as regionally
- Professional experience from financial institution (banking background is an advantage)
- Perfect communication skills
- Fluent english (daily communication with region, head office, local international management)
- Independent, senior personality
- Focus on result
