- answering requests such as researching lists of references based on specific requirements and criteria
- manages requests to and from other regions, ensures quality is optimal and processes respected, and acts as gate keeper to maximize customer satisfaction, internally and externally.
- responsible for the end to end logistical and admin process of those events
- collaboration and coordination with other teams across the company
- for short term leaves of managers, the agent will be expected to handle emergencies to limit disruption. For mid- and long-term leaves, he/she will fully take over to ensure flawless execution.
- helpdesk roles can also focus on specific themes or topics regarding to the position or requirements from management
- be as a prime contact for the respective sales and business leads in, to actively build action plans within identified helpdesk capacity and responsibility, and drive respective execution
- updating information, reward management, data quality projects, end to end admin processes
Požadujeme
- High / University degree
- English - daily communication in English
- at least 2 years experience (the similar position)
- experience of sales ideally in lead generation and allocation, management systems environment is preferred
- an assertive approach to problem solving with strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide
- communication skills
- PC active user (MS Office), SAP as a plus
