- Data Entry and data administration in SAP HR system and in other internal systems and databases.
- Management of employee files, meal vouchers, payslips, email id creations and deletions, exit interviews, separation process, sick notes, maternity leaves, medical checks and health & safety.
- Ensure the smooth running of Induction, onboarding, new joiner data processing
- Regular weekly, monthly and annual reporting - attrition, exit interview report, KPI reporting
- Administrative and organizational support for HR Team
- Assist in preparation of salary inputs.
Požadujeme
- Above average MS Excel skills and knowledge of Czech labor code
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management competencies
- Excellent organization and communication skills plus ability to meet the deadlines
- Fluent English and Czech languages
