Popis pracovní nabídky

  • Oversee Personnel planning and recruiting (organizing job interviews etc.)
  • Support of departments within the company regarding personnel development
  • Being first point of contact to assist managers with all issues regarding HR and
employment legislation
  • Keeping a regular communication with external HR contact persons and building up a stable relation to them resulting in cooperating with them on a constant basis
  • Ensure monthly reports about personnel key data
  • Set up and oversee Org Management
  • Monitor standards of employment contracts and other legal documents
  • Determination of wages based on employment law, company strategy and market data
  • Negotiating with managers / employees about wages
  • Supervising and monitoring the organizational flow in respect of vacation, work time schedules
  • Implementation of possible alterations in salary, assigning the correct wage group
  • Mediating in case of conflicts between employees or between manager and employees
  • Organization and administration of personnel development
  • Organization of external trainings for personnel
  • Setting up a budget of HR and abiding to the approved budget
  • Leading subordinated stuff
  • Reporting to the management of DMM and the Group Head of HR International
  • Ensures optimal flow of processes and full compliance in all HR operation matters

Požadujeme

  • 5 Years of general experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a production environment
  • Additional education or training with main focus on HR is an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken Business English language
  • Good knowledge in HR Systems and MS Office software
  • Ability to work with all levels and deliver quality solutions
  • Excellent communication and mediation skills
  • Developed constructive approach to conflicts
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Flexible, adaptable, professional and exceptional team player as well as team leader
  • Developed coaching and mentoring skill
