<br/>Responsibilities:<ul>
<li> Leading the HR team </li>
<li> Supporting employee life cycle processes - new starters, data management, absence management and leavers</li>
<li> Provide appropriate team coverage, scheduling, monitoring and reporting </li>
<li> Handle escalations from stakeholders and other parts of the shared services function </li>
<li> Take care of audits and checks on data changes to ensure ongoing accuracy and processing diligence of direct team and those in the wider HR team</li>
<li> Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders (in the HR team) and regional and global peers</li>
<li> Communicate effectively with employees to explain and resolve all inquiries and issues - via email, phone and chat</li>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Fluent in English and French, German, Czech, Italian, Polish or Spanish</li>
<li> At least Bachelor’s degree</li>
<li> Previous experience in management role (3+ years) </li>
<li> Experience of leading HR administrative or operational teams</li>
<li> Knowledge of HR process and systems</li>
<li> Solid command of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook </li>
<li> Experience working with a remote employee base</li>
<li> Result oriented, Strategical thinking</li>
