Popis pracovní nabídky

The Payroll Consultant is responsible for the transaction of HR Czech Payroll administration processes.
He/she coordinates and administers the payroll and social security, health insurance and income tax related agendas for employees.
He/she is single point of contact for payroll processes and acts as an advisor for standard issues and first level escalations, cooperates
with other teams and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • administration and maintenance of payroll related tasks and agendas
  • running the monthly payroll in SAP system, and administer all related processes
  • communication with the Czech authorities (taxes, securities, insurance etc.)
  • providing obligatory notifications, reviews and reports, annual tax reconciliation administration
  • administration and preparation of all payroll related statistics and analyses
  • tracking, implementation and follow up of payroll relevant legislation changes
  • providing payroll related advisory services to employees, issuing confirmations and income documents
  • solving tickets and employee quires, participation in payroll related projects

Požadujeme

  • secondary education
  • advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • SAP system knowledge, HR application knowledge is an advantage
  • 2 years working experience in Czech payroll administration, processing and in cooperation with the Czech authorities
  • good understanding and orientation in the Czech payroll related legislation and requirements
  • working experience within a Shared Service Centre and customer orientated environment preferred
  • fluent written and spoken English skills, other foreign language skills advantage
