Popis pracovní nabídky

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Define a detailed plan and priorities for the project according to the business requirements
  • Deliver the technology blueprint
  • Manage work across all stages of the systems lifecycle
  • Set expectations and agree key performance indicators, deliverables, business benefits etc.
  • Create and manage capital and expenses budgets. Follow the financial control process and achieve project delivering business benefits
  • Ensure that all risks are managed through the risk log and risk and mitigation strategies are set
  • Manage, balance and direct the project team which may comprise business, IT and 3rd party suppliers
  • Manage an assigned team of IT specialists
  • Define the detailed staffing and skill requirements, set objectives and complete reviews
  • Ensure project team works to defined management and IT development practices and according to blueprint established by Application and Technology Directorate
  • Develop skills of the project team
  • Focus on building a new business capability through the delivery and development of application solutions
  • Challenge the business in order to define and implement effective changes
  • Ensure effective transition into operations and support efficient close down of the project

Požadujeme

WE REQUIRE:
  • University degree level is an advantage
  • Project management and project methodology experience
  • IT background is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of IT standards and platforms
  • Familiar with preparing business cases
  • Very good command of English (at least intermediate level)
  • Experience of working at large international company, in multi-cultural enviroment
  • Experience with Financial and HR systems is an advantage
  • Experience with Retail, Store, Selling and Operations systems is an advantage
  • Self-starter able to work with limited direction
  • Flexible and willing to travel, driving licence
  • Self disciplined and organised
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Good organisation of time and task management skills
  • Ability to influence people
  • Good problem solver
