RESPONSIBILITIES:- Crisis management in client IT services and coordination of technical specialists
- The organization, documentation and recording of the Major Incidents as well as the evaluation and subsequent settings of corrective actions in collaboration with technical specialists
- Operational tasks within the Incident Management (ITIL)
- Following the process of Major Incident Management
- Communication within Major Incident Management
- Work on the improvement of quality of provided service
- Creation and analysis of incident reports
Požadujeme
REQUIREMENTS:- Experience in managing crisis situations
- Experience in leading a teleconference meeting
- Ability to plan and organize work (prioritization)
- Knowledge of IT processes (ITIL best practises)
- Good knowledge of IT (applications, servers, network, databases)
- Ability to work in virtual teams across time zones
- Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Stress resistance
