RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Crisis management in client IT services and coordination of technical specialists
  • The organization, documentation and recording of the Major Incidents as well as the evaluation and subsequent settings of corrective actions in collaboration with technical specialists
  • Operational tasks within the Incident Management (ITIL)
  • Following the process of Major Incident Management
  • Communication within Major Incident Management
  • Work on the improvement of quality of provided service
  • Creation and analysis of incident reports

Požadujeme

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in managing crisis situations
  • Experience in leading a teleconference meeting
  • Ability to plan and organize work (prioritization)
  • Knowledge of IT processes (ITIL best practises)
  • Good knowledge of IT (applications, servers, network, databases)
  • Ability to work in virtual teams across time zones
  • Knowledge of English (spoken and written)
  • Stress resistance
