- Manage distributors and end-users business maintenance and retention
- Plan and execute effective end-user sales visits
- Understand the business needs of the ned users and offer relevant solutions
- Identify and target new business opportunities
- Support new business generation, identify and realize cross-selling opportunities
- Negotiate with key decision makers to maximize price and profitability
- Execute and monitor business plan performance
- Look for new solution to build long term relationship
- Provide product trainings for distributors
- Provide support in the execution of distributor and key account plans agreed by area managers and key account managers
Požadujeme
- Secondary school of University degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales and in industrial area, preferabl B2B (as an advantage)
- Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development
- Effective product, segments and solution selling knowledge
- Relationship building, negotiation skills
- Competition and market knowledge
Nabízíme
- Fluent in Czech (Slovak) and English (Hungarian is an advatage)
- Ability to sell solutions, desire to succeed
