<li> Analyze processes across the departments and company</li>
<li> Evaluate specific policies and internal controls and define weaknesses </li>
<li> Together with your colleagues, work on improving any deficiencies in internal control environment or compliance matters</li>
<li> Support SOX specialists in providing assurance </li>
<li> Revise existing policies and participate in their updates </li>
<li> Communicate with various departments across countries</li>

Požadujeme
What do you need to become a PROCESS IMPROVEMENT PROFESSIONAL in an established international organization?<br/><ul>
<li> Bachelor degree is enough but it should be in the field of Finance or Accounting or related fields</li>
<li> Knowledge of Visual Basic, MS Access and macro programming is necessary</li>
<li> Experience with SAP and SWQ would be an advantage</li>
<li> Minimum one year experience in audit, compliance or similar positions is desirable</li>
<li> Familiarity with SSC environment</li>
<li> At least theoretical understanding of IFRS and US GAAP accounting standards</li>
<li> Advance English as you will perform all your work in English and communicate on an international scale</li>
<li> Analytical mind and ability to evaluate results</li>
<li> Positive team spirit</li>
