<br/>Main focus in supporting your assigned client, and working as a link between client organization and the suppliers, will include: <br/>→ spot buying<br/>→ contracting/contrac management<br/>→ help desk tasks<br/>
<br/>
<br/>Spot Buy: verification of purchase requests, analyzing quotes of contracted suppliers against product lists, identification and advising clients on cost effective methods, etc. <br/>
<br/>Contract Management: processing Contract details and maintaining information update, contract drafting, support reporting requirements, contract negotiation and finalization<br/>
<br/>Help Desk Support: handling and resolving problems via phone and email inquiries from client, processing of transactions / calls by all team members in a prompt and accurate manner, support process improvements in general <br/>

Požadujeme

Core requirements: <br/>

<li>written and spoken Turkish language skills</li>
<li>communication and negotiation skills (building and maintaining relationships with business clients via phone, email etc. on regulare bases)</li>
<li>interest in PROCUREMENT and analytical background</li>
<li>customer dedication approach</li>
<li>abilty to troubleshoot, pro-active problem solving skills</li>
<li>IT skills (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)</li>
</ul>
