<br/>Role summary:<ul>
<li> Responsible for territory revenue growth in a country/region</li>
<li> Manages funnel growth, funnel conversion and customers sales performance within territory including opportunity/deal management</li>
<li> Recruits and nurtures customers/resellers in order to establish a tight connection with the sales channel</li>
<li> Participate on recruiting of new team members, coaching </li>
<li> Motivation of team members, their development</li>
<li> Act as business advisor, build business plan with the customers/resellers to ensure collaboration is profitable for all parties</li>
<li> Responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals</li>
<li> Coaching business managers and other people from different teams</li>
<li> Talent development</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

Must to have:<ul>
<li> IT knowledge (IT hardware – printers, laptops, screens, etc.)</li>
<li> Strong customer focus</li>
<li> Management experience – experience in managing / leading / coaching a team within the IT or SALES sector</li>
<li> Fluent English</li>
<li> Leadership skills</li>
<li> Strong work ethic, act as a role model for the team </li>
<li> Drive for business, business sense</li>
</ul>
<br/>Plus to have:<ul>
<li> Previous experience in inside sales is a big plus</li>
</ul>
