- Assists the users within appropriate customer service standards
- Providing technical help to customers - laptops, mobile phones, tablets, MP3s etc.
- Handle first contact with users using different media (answer calls, online chats, e-mails and etc.)
- Log customer issues into ticket handling management system
Požadujeme
- Secondary education
- At least 1-2 years of work experience.
- Experience in customer service is a great advantage
- interest in technical devices
- Pro-clients orientated personality. multitasking, patience, strong communication skills
- RUSSIAN - native speaker/proficiency
- ENGLISH - advanced/communicative
- Windows, MS Office,Mobility and other customer technologies and systems.
- Set priorities and use time efficiently.
- Systematically achieve results as planned.
- Work independently.
