Popis pracovní nabídky

Main task is to ENSURE special GROUP BOOKING REQUESTS (hotels and inbound services according to request), processing and confirming services efficiently and accurately using our Service Reservations systems.<br/>
<br/>FLUENT ENGLISH AND ITALIAN language skills are a MUST!!<br/>
<ul>
<li> manage bookings according to contracted booking policy</li>
<li> process cancellations and follow up procedures</li>
<li> book and confirm services within deadline and budget </li>
<li> update the reservation systems accurately paying attention to any special requirements</li>
<li> cooperate with the sales team to confirm final tour details and update system</li>
<li> negotiate with suppliers to provide good rates </li>
<li> process date changes (increase or decrease on group booking)</li>
<li> monitor, manage and process change requests and update systems accurately</li>
<li> ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks</li>
<li> communicate via email and phone with stakeholders (hotel and services representatives)</li>

<li> previous experience from Travel or Hotel industry</li>
