User Experience Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join a famous company as a User Experience Manager within the Configuration Change and Online (CC&O) department. We are looking for a delivery focused customer-obsessed User Experience Manager to join our new and expanding team
Subject matter expert for key customer journeys on company websites and mobile sites.
Subject matter expert on competitor activity for key user journeys and awareness of best in class.
Visualisation of best-in-class user experience and digital solutions especially in the form of wireframes detailed briefs and technical specifications.
Key role in improving the efficiency and quality of the User Experience team to drive meaningful online change.
Help identify and design the priority projects that will help raise the standard of company fixed and mobile websites.
Contribute to department objectives of improving Touchpoint Net Promoter Score (TNPS) and meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
A good understanding of online UE best practice and specifically online journey design.
Knowledge of industry best practice with regard to online journeys and conversion rates.
Customer obsessed with genuine enthusiasm for user-centric design.
Innovation hungry and good awareness of how new techniques can be applied to online.
Previous experience of working with data and analytic tools.
Strong communications skills ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
