Popis pracovní nabídky

The specialist is responsible for the smooth execution of mobility cases, which include support on international assignments/tran­sfers, foreign new hires, immigration and special tax reporting for international business travelers. The main focus of this role is to support employees and their families according to the company policy. The specialist assists in coordinating all internal and external issues in regards to the scope of the services.
 

  • Maintenance of employees’ data
  • Prepare necessary support documentation for ongoing cases
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing for the personnel records
  • Ensure information flow with different departments and functions
  • Appropriate follow up of cases to get the approvals and order services with third-party vendors. 
  • Provide accurate and friendly advice and service to all customers, such as colleagues, employees and managers.
  • Work with other team members sharing knowledge on topics that are either a current specialist topic or require learning.
  • Understand scope of services and Service Level Agreements for customers
  • Liaise with external service providers (e.g. relocation, tax, immigration providers) 
  • Continuously improve work methods and processes
  • Continuous development of specific knowledge in regards to mobility topics (e.g.. visa, social security, tax)

HR MOBILITY ASSOCIATE (ENGLISH must have)

Požadujeme

  • Education – Ideally college degree
  • 1 year working experience in administration preferred
  • Finance knowledge preferred
  • Knowledge of mobility services or other HR services preferred
  • Experience working within a customer oriented environment 
  • Being able to work under the stress
  • Knowledge in visa/work permits, social security and tax preferred
