Your Role:
As the Technical Director, you will be at the forefront of the technical departments and steering design, calculations, and technology towards new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of + 50 professionals in design, calculations, and technology.
  
• Drive strategic planning and management in technical and technological domains.
  
• Develop and implement comprehensive technical and technological development plans.
  
• Approve and guide solutions for development tasks, ensuring successful execution.
  
• Oversee development projects and initiatives with significant annual investments.
  
• Champion modernization, development, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies to boost production efficiency.
  
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate new developments into existing processes.
  
• Represent the company in technical-commercial negotiations and address specific product modification requests.

Požadujeme

What You Bring:

• A university degree in engineering.
  
• Proven experience in a similar leadership role.
  
• Advanced proficiency in English, including technical terminology (critical as our client exports a large percentage of his products).
  
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and prioritization expertise - important.
  
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems or component design - necessary.
  
• A proactive approach to continuous learning, a strong work ethic, and unwavering loyalty.
