<br/>Your main responsibilities will be:<br/>

<li> Creation and issuing of the Purchase Orders to suppliers</li>
<li> Verifying that all required information and documentation has been provided</li>
<li> Creates purchase orders </li>
<li> Purchase order processing </li>
<li> Data validation</li>
<li> Resolution of queries </li>
<li> Cooperation with suppliers, Supply Chain Management, Business and Finance </li>
<li> Compliance with the company´s Procurement policies</li>
<li> Distribution of completed purchase orders to suppliers</li>
<li> Administrative tasks</li>
</ul>
Požadujeme
<ul><li> Education in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related area</li>
<li> Previous experience in procurement or a similar position within an international Shared Service Center is an advantage</li>
<li> Excellent English</li>
<li> Very good command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word</li>
<li> Numerical thinking</li>
<li> Knowledge of SAP and SRM is an advantage</li>
<li> Hands-on and proactive approach</li>
<li> Detail-oriented, problem-solving</li>
<li> Stress-resistant</li>
<li> Multi-task</li>
