<ul>
<li> AP and Payment processing</li>
<li> cost effective disbursement for serviced entities</li>
<li> support other users as the first point of contact within disbursement value steam </li>
</ul>
<br/>Essential functions: <br/>
<ul>
<li> Validate and record incoming invoices from suppliers and intercompany invoices </li>
<li> Responsible for timely and accurate payments processing</li>
<li> Reconciliation of supplier statements</li>
<li> Managing of supplier queries (email and phone)</li>
<li> Prepare documentation to support month end accruals</li>
<li> Supports month end financial closing process</li>
<li> Participate in special projects by supporting management and the project team</li>
<li> Engage in process improvement initiatives</li>
<li> Supporting internal and external audits as requested</li>
<li> Close cooperation within the finance team</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

You are a great candidate if you have: <ul>
<li> Finance / Accounting / Business bachelor degree </li>
<li> Fluent English</li>
<li> Relevant experience within finance (AP department) min. of 1-2 years</li>
<li> Motivation to work in financial field</li>
<li> Very good communication skills</li>
<li> Detail oriented </li>
<li> Advance MS Excel skills</li>
<li> Proactive </li>
</ul>
<br/>It will be advantage if you have <ul>
<li> German / French / Spanish with very good communication skills</li>
