- Processing of country payments
- Responsible for monthly reconciliation of AP assigned accounts
- Documenting, processing, validating incoming invoices and matching them to relevant purchase orders
- Identifying incompatibility or potential errors within invoices, and resolving them
- Ensuring that invoices are adhered to accounting standards and principles
- Reporting
- Preparing financial documents and analyses
- Supporting management
- Answering and resolve customer inquiries related to account reconciliations
- Managing communication with vendors, suppliers and customers via means such as e-mail
- Ad-hoc related tasks
Požadujeme
- 1+ years of experience in accounting
- Proficient English in both written and spoken form is required (other language such as Spanish is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree
- MS Office (knowledge of Excel)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
