<br/>Skilled ACCOUNTS PAYABLE specialist responsible for processing invoices and maintaining strong customer/supplier relations is welcome to join our team!<br/>
<br/>As an Accounts Payables and Payment Specialist you will be:<br/>
<ul>
<li> Responsible for accurate processing and reconciliation of payments</li>
<li> Ensure correct details are held on internal systems</li>
<li> Communicate with bank representatives </li>
<li> Process bank account documentation</li>
<li> Responsible for timely and accurate AP invoice processing as per local tax, company policies and accounting legislations </li>
<li> Review and Match invoices - enter them into system and check processed invoices for accuracy</li>
<li> Participate on month end closing</li>
<li> Make a trainings and prepare the related documentation</li>
<li> Training and re-training of in country users on technical usage of the applications </li>
<li> Participate on process improvement activities</li>
<li> Ensure that all working practices follow the company standard policies and procedures</li>

<li> Education in Accounting, Finance or Business administration </li>
<li> Relevant experience within finance or accounting (preferably AP)</li>
<li> Motivation to work in financial field</li>
<li> Very good knowledge of English</li>
<li> Intermediate German (for reading invoices and simple communication)</li>
