For our client – an international bank specialized in commercial banking – we are looking for a suitable candidate for a position APPLICATION SPECIALIST who works in Application Operations / Support (AOS) that is supporting an increasing number of applications of the European bank units.Job duties:
- User and application-oriented support for bank business units throughout continental Europe
- Incident and request administration
- Service oriented communication via email and telephone
- Understanding and observance of the ITIL guidelines for Change-, Incident- and Request- Management
- Monitoring tasks to ensure system availability to the end users
- Application administration
- Maintenance of IT documentation
Požadujeme
- Very good knowledge of Czech and English languages (both written and spoken)
- Min. 2 years experience in application support or similar service oriented role
- Service and customer oriented attitude
- Self motivated team-player and able to pick up new skills
- Strong social and communication skills
- Basic ITIL knowledge is an advantage
- General knowledge of banking products and services
- Advanced use of MS Office
- Good understanding of IT architecture and networking technologies
- Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL Srv, Oracle)
- Basics of programming or scripting
