Popis pracovní nabídky

<ul><li>act as ‘Service owner’ for a set of applications/services (as delegated by the Team Leader), monitoring and reporting on service levels attained for these applications/services, and ensuring their continuity of service at all times.
<li>plan, execute and support implementations so the applications themselves are deployed with minimal disruption to the production environment.
<li>investigate problems and other requests for support and determines appropriate actions .
<li>liaise with staff responsible for the development of system enhancements to overcome known problems.
<li>ensure all work is carried out and documented in accordance with required standards, methods and procedures.
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul><li>unix-based systems (Solaris, HP-Ux, AIX , …)
<li>SQL language
<li>basic knowledge of Relational DB or Oracle DB
<li>high school / university education
<li>very good English language
<li>strong customer support background (helpdesk experience)
<li>multi-tasking skills
<li>team player with ability to take own responsibility for given competency
