About the Project
H2 Grand Prix is an international education programme focused on hydrogen technology, clean energy, and STEM education.
Students, schools, and universities in more than 27 countries design, build, and race hydrogen-powered cars through this unique programme. The project connects education, technology, and real-world engineering experience.
We are looking for an energetic and commercially minded Business Development Executive who will help us grow the project across Europe and develop new business opportunities.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, communication, and building new relationships.
This is not a traditional account management role – you will actively search for new opportunities, open new partnerships, and help develop new markets.
The ideal candidate:
- has experience in sales, business development, recruitment, partnerships, or a similar commercial role,
- is comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach,
- enjoys networking and speaking with new people,
- is independent and able to take ownership,
- has a commercial mindset and a results-driven approach,
- is interested in technology, innovation, education, or sustainability.
What Will You Do?
- Identify new business opportunities across Europe,
- Contact schools, universities, partners, distributors, and companies,
- Use LinkedIn, email, phone, and other channels for active outreach,
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline,
- Lead introductory meetings and present the project,
- Develop long-term partnerships,
- Work with CRM and maintain structured follow-ups,
- Participate in conferences, events, and partner meetings.
- Over time, you will take more responsibility for your own markets, partnerships, and business results.

What We Expect
- Experience in sales, business development, acquisition, or a similar role,
- Motivation to actively find new opportunities,
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills,
- Independence, energy, and proactive approach,
- Good organisation skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities,
- Excellent English communication skills (daily international communication),
- German or another European language is a strong advantage.
- A technical background is not required – what matters is your curiosity and interest in technology, hydrogen, clean energy, or STEM education.
