- Responsible for sales related activities (commercial offerings proposals based on customer’s requests for quotation)
- Coordination of internal processes and resources supporting customer needs
- Customer relation development to a strategic level by providing excellent, communication support regarding both commercial and technical topics,
- Creation of business plans
- Responsibility for sales results for assigned market segment
Co-responsibility
- Identify new market opportunities, and segments to actively pursue,
- Gather voice of the customer to provide input into product management and the long-term product plans
- Help to plan channel strategy and pricing strategy that best align with the market segment’s buying preferences
- Identify competitive and alternative offerings
- Present regularly to customers, partners, sales executives and to company executives
Požadujeme
- University degree (technical direction – mechanical engineering)
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical product sales or marketing (mechanical engineering ideally)
- English language is a must (German also possible)
- Previous business development experience is a must
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and analytic skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of time, incl. international travel
- Previous marketing experience in mechanical engineering is an advantage
- Leadership and Influence– ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
- Innovative – develop new ideas through collaboration
