The role holder will support the Business Director in setting up the business management structure and ensuring the commercial delivery of the contract which involves transition and transformation of the clients existing networked IT communications infrastructure in Europe over to my clients services and management. The role holder will assist in identifying cost effective solutions for improvement of clients margins and will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction through co-location on the customer premises in Prague. Management of senior level stakeholders both within the customer as well as their existing supplier base will form a key part of this role.This is a strategic customer for my client with existing contracts in Asia Pacific, Middle East and UK.
Požadujeme
- Experienced in all elements of managing major otsourced contracts or other related positions, specifically management of a P&L
- Able to provide leadership and communicate direction
- Exceptional customer relationship skills, able to build and maintain relationships with the most senior levels, both externally and internally
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT/telco industry
- Understands the business domain, customer positioning and prevailing technologies
