<br/>This position will be responsible for processing check disbursements related to overpayments and funding.<br/>
<br/>You will be responsible for:<ul>
<li> Processing the payments, bank transactions (Cash & Treasury)</li>
<li> Responsible for bank reconciliations and solving open items</li>
<li> Ensuring all payments are correct and on time</li>
<li> Monitoring balances on bank accounts </li>
<li> Daily cooperation with other departments (AP, GL)</li>
<li> Participation on transfer of the processes and other projects to Prague</li>
<li> Cash forecasting</li>
<li> Invoice, batch and disburse overpayment and/or funding checks accurately and timely </li>
<li> Approve payments on a company’s vendor and creditor transactions</li>
<li> Update notes on the loan system for each overpayment file</li>
<li> Communicate with internal departments regarding daily work issues</li>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> 1+ years work experience with accounting/finance (Cash Allocation, AP, Treasury, AR or similar position) from international environment</li>
<li> High school education/University Degree (preferably Accounting/Finance)</li>
<li> Perfect knowledge of English and Spanish language </li>
<li> Excellent PC skills (MS Office, especially Excel)</li>
<li> Strong attention to detail and accuracy </li>
<li> Independent person with organizational and communication skills</li>
<li> Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work</li>
<li> Good analytical capabilities </li>
<li> Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with people of all skill levels and diverse backgrounds</li>
