We are looking for an experienced Data Analytic who would have a unique opportunity to be a part of a newly created Data Team and be the first expert in the early stages of our data transformation program, working on a project establishing a new technology data platform using the latest modern technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Power BI, Sparks. 
 
You will build a new solution, define processes, document, and deliver a new DATA world. You will be part of the development and management of new data assets and collaborate with all cross-functional data users.

Data Manager is responsible for implementing and ensuring that data management standards and good practices are implemented consistently in their domain of responsibility. Your mission is to support data management initiatives in order to improve the overall compliance and quality of the data managed in their respective domains. You will manage the process, you will cooperate with the data team and users across a company.

–Communicate regularly on progress by helping to set up and monitor data governance KPIs
–Promote cooperation between all key data actors at both operational and executive level
–Lead data governance and work on data quality issues
–Lead and manage the documentation of the business glossary and data dictionaries, as well as data classification (security-wise, privacy-wise, business/value-wise)
–Maintain, standardize, document and drive usage of referential data (reference lists)
–Monitor overall quality of key data and ensure remediation actions are in place

Požadujeme


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a wide range of people and departments across the organization

–Working with “Agile” mindset in an international, multicultural and complex environment
–Good knowledge of data governance and data management principles and practices
–Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear requirements, specifications and documentation
–Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to formalize solutions

Education & Professional Experience:

–Minimum of 3 years of experience as Data Analyst / in consulting as a business analyst / as Data architect
–Proven expertise in data management and data governance projects, on large scale projects
–Experience in driving change in large organizations
–Experience of overseeing staff on operational deliveries
–Fluent English
–Experience in Insurance/Assistance would be appreciated
–Experience in data compliance initiatives (e.g. GDPR, Solvency II, Basel III…) would be appreciated
