As Manager for our Electrical, Drives & Mechanical department you will be responsible for the development of the electrical LV and MV, drives, and mechanical disciplines in CZOPC. You will also be responsible for the competency development of the department as a whole and the individual engineers, as well as for quality of work delivered to our customer in different industry areas, like marine, metals, mining, oil & gas and pulp & paper.

  • Develop and maintain plan for disciplines development
  • Develop and maintain training plans for the disciplines and individual engineers
  • Define relevant topics, identify and develop trainings and arrange training sessions
  • Create good working relationships and experience/ knowledge sharing between engineers in department
  • Train, lead, coach and follow up engineers
  • Evaluate and give feedback on performance of employees, maintain and update CZOPC competency system
  • Recruitment of new engineers
  • Actively identify areas for change and implement innovations in own field of work. Collect ideas and develop them
  • Ensure high quality and efficient delivery of engineering services done by engineers in own department
  • Contribute with creative ideas for development of engineering solutions and processes that can increase customer efficiency and CZOPC engineering service delivery

Požadujeme

  • Bachelor or Master degree in electrical engineering
  • High technical knowledge and long experience from working as an engineer, site experience
  • Good knowledge of LV/MV/HV industrial electrical distribution systems and equipment
  • Knowledge about ABB products is an advantage
  • Experience from work abroad or work in Czech Republic with frequent communication with foreign companies
  • Leadership experience and good leadership skills
  • Good cooperation and people skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Ability to work independently and systematically
  • Flexibility to travel abroad on business trips
