<br/>As an executive coordinator you will be responsible for: <br/>
<ul>
<li> Coordinating daily work agenda for German management</li>
<li> Coordinating meetings and events for international clients</li>
<li> Planning and scheduling calendars and arrange meeting schedules</li>
<li> Arranging conference calls, video conferences</li>
<li> Travel planning - booking flights, taxis, hotels, etc.</li>
<li> Expense reporting - create and monitor expense reports in expense reporting system</li>
<li> Building and maintaining good working relationships with other staff members</li>
<li> Assist in reporting, and identify gaps and emergent problems</li>
<li> Administrative tasks and support of other departments</li>
<li> Responsible for the overall executive support of leading managing directors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland</li>
<li> Providing consulting services, regular recommendations and planning - routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications</li>
<li> Managing relationship with client internal/external</li>
</ul>

<li> Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word)</li>
