New position for German speakers is open for you!<br/><br/>Work for a leading multinational company! <br/><br/>As an executive coordinator you will be responsible for: <br/><ul><li> Coordinating daily work agendas for German management</li><li> Coordinating meetings and events for international clients</li><li> Planning and scheduling calendars and arrange meeting schedules</li><li> Arranging conference calls, video conferences</li><li> Travel planning - booking flights, taxis, hotels, etc.</li><li> Expense reporting - create and monitor expense reports in expense reporting system</li><li> Building and maintaining good working relationships with other staff members</li><li> Assist in reporting, and identify gaps and emergent problems</li><li> Administrative tasks and support of other departments</li><li> Responsible for the overall executive support of leading managing directors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland</li><li> Providing consulting services, regular recommendations and planning - routing correspondence; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications</li><li> Managing relationship with client internal/external</li></ul>
