We are looking for an experienced HR Professional! Do you have excellent communication skills? Do you have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing company? Are you familiar with recruitment techniques and processes? Can you communicate fluently in English? If you are ready to strengthen our HR department, don't hesitate to send us your resume to použijte odpovědní formulář * Provide support to the HR and Accounting departments, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and related tasks- Lead recruitment processes, candidate selection, and maintain relevant documentation and records.
- Manage HR needs of current employees and address their concerns
- Actively participate in recruitment activities and talent acquisition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HR department is aligned with the company's needs
- Prepare and maintain HR-related reports
Požadujeme
- High school or university degree, ideally in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing company is required.
- Very good command of English for daily communication.
- Very good command of Czech for daily communication.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes
- Driver’s license (category B)
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in using HR software and systems
- Willingness to commute to Vyškov
