<br/>You will be responsible for the Procurement and the Accounts Payable activities within European frame. This is a crucial role within the company structure.<br/>
<br/>Responsibilities:<ul>
<li> Leading a team of approximately 60 employees - stuffing, recruitment, coaching, development, motivation, succession planning - overall management of workforce. </li>
<li> Distributing the assignments to the stuff members ensuring efficient service delivery and appropriate utilization.</li>
<li> Organizing team meetings and ensuring communication flow to all team members</li>
<li> Deep understanding of all the end to end processes, roles and responsibilities of relevant departments within the S2S area. </li>
<li> Participation in internal and external audits, SOX testing, Balance Sheet and other finance reviews. </li>
<li> Assurance that all process documentation is well maintained and regularly updated.</li>
<li> Identification of opportunities for process improvements and standardization within S2S processes.</li>
<li> Participating in regular governance meetings with the functional owners (Finance, Supply Chain Management) and business units to discuss department’s SLA compliance.</li>
<li> Defining team´s KPIs and To monitor departmental KPIs, taking action to achieve and maintain target levels as appropriate.</li>
<li> Handle the escalations - assure investigation and resolution of issues around S2S processes. </li>
<li> Budgetary responsibility for the R2R in CSS Europe. </li>
<li> Participate in acquisitions, projects, system deployment and company integrations.</li>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Excellent command of English language </li>
<li> University degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Accounting, Business Administration or related area </li>
<li> 2+ years’ experience in managing large teams </li>
<li> Working experience in shared services environment is a MUST </li>
<li> Proven track record within Supply Chain Management, Procurement or Accounts Payable is desired </li>
<li> Strong processes orientation, knowledge of process design tools </li>
<li> Advanced computer literacy - strong proficiency in MS Office products </li>
<li> Knowledge of SAP FI and SRM is an advantage </li>
<li> The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work under pressure </li>
<li> Excellent communicator, well-organized with a logical approach to solving problems</li>
<li> An enthusiastic person with a strong drive to create a positive work environment</li>
<li> Ability to work in a team environment and across an organization to drive results - must be sensitive to multicultural environments</li>
