Work with internal systems and external databases to collect and deliver accurate information to managementHandling managers/employees facility requirements, small projects management (relocations, adjustments, repairs), management handyman’s workload
Suppliers quality controlImplementation, education and compliance review of security standards, guidelines and policiesWork management of receptionists
General office management – post office, office equipment, etc.
Responsible for building and/or grounds (includes installing, maintaining, troubleshooting building equipment to limit downtime and maintain life expectancies)
Support the Facilities Mgmt. Team
Administrative Support and or technical maintenance

Min. secondary educationIdeally some experience of functional experience relevant to facilities (or real estate management)
