- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
- Perform risk analyses and regular testing as per company standards
- Propose practical action plans, cooperate with the process owners to support them with the resolution of the issues
- Support investigations and coordination of internal and external audits
- Cooperate with management on development of business control plans
- Ensure compliance of local procedures with company standards
- Conduct training for new employees on internal control systems
Požadujeme
- 3-4 years of experience in internal or external audit
- Educational background in finance or accounting a must
- Knowledge of SOX compliance
- Previous experience with US GAAP and SAP an advantage
- Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills,
- Ability to work independently and report on a regular basis
- Advanced English and Czech (both spoken and written)
