Popis pracovní nabídky

· Managing a regionally focused General Ledger (GL) team and providing support to the Account to Report Manager

· Leading the closing activities and managing team performance

· Recruiting and training new team members, facilitating staff learning and promoting multi-skilling

· Responsibility for meeting and exceeding Service Level Agreements and Customer expectations

· Improving operational effectiveness and efficiency, resolve problems and develop team members

· Responsibility for Currency Revaluations, Reporting & Close Accounting and Transaction Processing

Požadujeme

· A recognized accounting qualification

· 5 years experience in accounting operations, specifically closing and related activities

· Work experience within an European organization context would be preferable

· Strong knowledge of accounting tools and IT systems,

· Competent the use of MS Office, experience with SAP desirable

· Good understanding of how closing processes fit into overall finance process and service delivery

· Excellent communication skills, business English + French
