Advises country line management in all human resources related questions.
Participates in cross-functional business aspects to ensure that cohesive joint decision-making processes exist at country level.
Encourages and develops the culture behavior and values of the company
Promotes and implements HR policies that both comply with mandatory regulations and good practice.
Maintains regular relationships with authorities and unions, negotiates with trade unions and works councils and represents the company/Czech Republic – in professional associations in area of responsibility.
Defines local HR strategy (long and short term) and policies – context in terms of recruiting, organizational development, training, compensation and benefits, industrial relations.
Oversees selection of key staff, succession planning and management development of individuals based on agreed network values.
Implements and adapts at country level C&B policies in line with company guidelines which are competitive in the market and encourages a career commitment to the company
Develops and implements an effective and innovative performance management process in line within the company guidelines.
Together with the Managing Director and respective line/staff managers determines the organization structures, roles, critical success factors and goals for each line/staff functions
Ensures attraction (and retention) of outstanding people capable of making significant contributions to the company success, taking into account the future needs of the company, in line with Corporate HR guidelines.
Prepares and monitors local HR budget.
Provides leadership to direct reports including coaching and development, target setting and performance evaluation as well as recruiting and selection of high caliber talents.

University degree in business administration, human resources, psychology or
Minimum 7–10 years experience in various HR functions accompanied with a wide experience at senior level in a service oriented business.
Good knowledge of supply chain business.
Fluent in English.

(recruitment, organizational development, compensation & benefits,
industrial relations) achieving the most effective use of human resources to
