As an HR DATA PROCESSOR you will have a diverse agenda and will mostly”
  • Coordinate and administer specific HR processes
  • Get involved in the administration of benefits programs, employees relations, joiners-leavers procedures and leave of absence
  • Process a range of supporting documentation for HR maintenance and SAP
  • Use SAP on a daily basis to produce reports, maintain data and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure compliance of employees in SAP modules
  • Perform regular data control

Požadujeme

What do you need to become an HR DATA PROCESSOR for an attractive global employer?

  • Bachelor degree is enough for us but it may be convenient to have it in HR, Business Administration or related fields
  • At least 1 year experience in a similar position, which is HR or data management related. Work during your studies also counts!
  • Advanced English – you will communicate daily in English across departments and countries
  • Customer focus and service orientation
  • Ability to organize time and tasks effectively
  • Strong MS Office, Excel and Word in particular
  • Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous
