For global healthcare producer we are searching HR Manager. <br/>
<ul>
<li> Partner with commercial leaders and support function managers to define, develop and execute HR and change management initiatives </li>
<li> Act as coach and change agent to the business partners to enhance the leadership capability and support cultural and behavioral change </li>
<li> Lead hiring processes including identifying needs, defining resourcing strategies and managing campaigns including assessment and selection processes and development of on-boarding plans</li>
<li> Manage and support the multiple annual HR programs (performance management, bonus and sales comp planning, year-end compensation processes) in line with corporate guidelines, ensuring timely and accurate execution and communication in line with protocols</li>
<li> Manage and co-ordinate pay and benefits programs including global mobility matter, working with Corporate Total Rewards, Finance and third party partners / vendors for respective employee groups</li>
<li> Manage HR issues or concerns (individual and collective) of a diverse nature including employee related investigations, guiding management on appropriate resolutions, This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company</li>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a generalist human resources role working across all aspects of the spectrum, including resourcing, employee relations, leadership development, compensation and benefits, talent management, organizational design, project and change management and HR compliance. </li>
<li> Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a HR, business or finance related field, professional HRM qualification is advantageous</li>
<li> Experience must have been gained supporting leaders across multiple countries in Eastern Europe, Russia, Turkey, Africa and Middle East, in both an advisory (business partnering) and operational (transactional and tactical services) capacity</li>
<li> Business fluent English skills are necessary plus at least one other major European language from the region (German, Russian, Turkish, Czech)</li>
</ul>Preferred Requirements:<ul>
<li> Tenacious, results-driven and comfortable working with ambiguity in fast changing environments</li>
<li> Ability to implement and manage multiple projects across multiple and diverse, countries - balancing conflicting priorities and challenging deadlines</li>
<li> Strong change management, coaching, consultation, facilitation and presentation skills</li>
</ul>Other Requirements:<ul>
<li> Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is advantageous</li>
<li> Strong IT skills including HRIS</li>
<li> Willing to travel 30%</li>
