<br/>Your main responsibilities will be:<br/>
<ul>
<li> Coordinate the transfer of Mobility processes </li>
<li> Participate in projects and migrations with focus on mobility </li>
<li> Close cooperation with HR/Payroll/DM/Change Management departments</li>
<li> Conduct weekly and monthly ticket resolution/SLA </li>
<li> Report accomplishments to management and business unit </li>
<li> Identify training needs to support quality of service</li>
<li> Troubleshoot to Manager as appropriate</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, or related field</li>
<li> Minimum 2 years of HR experience (ideally in a shared services model)</li>
<li> Ability to multitask</li>
<li> Excellent verbal communication in English (any other language is an advantage)</li>
<li> Exceptional customers focus and service orientation </li>
<li> Excellent interpersonal skills </li>
<li> Conflict resolution skills</li>
<li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li>
<li> Analytical and problem solving capability</li>
<li> Functional as well as project experience </li>
<li> Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
<li> Knowledge of SAP, Workday or other HRIS</li>
