Popis pracovní nabídky

Ref. č.: 20-28-262198. As a HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for the following:<ul>
<li> New hire documentation and checklists, create employee records </li>
<li> Supports hiring and leaving plan processes</li>
<li> Managing relationships with third party recruitment partners</li>
<li> Cooperate with payroll and benefit dept.</li>
<li> Issue onboarding documentation </li>
<li> Maintain and administer employment changes (promotions, salary raises, change in personal data, changes in employment and employee circumstances for pension and healthcare programs, etc.)</li>
<li> Maintain absence records and leave programs (sickness absence, vacations, maternity and paternity, and other leave)</li>
<li> Provide reports for managers and HR Business Partners</li>
<li> Training & development administration (coordination of courses, programs, participants, logistics)</li>
</ul>

Požadujeme

<ul>
<li> University degree (ideally within a HR, business or finance related field)</li>
<li> At least 2 years of experience in a HR administration role (ideally within an international organization)</li>
<li> Very good PC skills – especially MS Excel and HRIS</li>
<li> Fluent English </li>
<li> Team player)</li>
<li> Excellent organizational skills, good attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects </li>
<li> Culturally aware, respects diversity</li>
