This is an opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys working on international projects, solving challenges on-site, and coordinating teams in a dynamic environment. You'll play a key role in overseeing the installation of industrial production equipment and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

As an Installation Supervisor, you'll be based on customer sites where major industrial projects take shape. One assignment might see you supporting the installation of a flour mill in Spain, while the next could take you to a food processing facility elsewhere in Europe or further afield.

This position involves up to 90% international travel, primarily within Europe, with installation assignments typically lasting 3-8 weeks. -Supervise the installation of industrial machinery and production systems

-Coordinate day-to-day installation activities on customer sites

-Guide installation teams and external contractors

-Monitor quality, safety standards, schedules, and site readiness

-Resolve technical and organizational challenges directly on-site

-Communicate progress with customers, project managers, and internal stakeholders

-Prepare site reports and escalate risks or delays when necessary


This is a coordination and supervision role. You'll lead and support installation teams rather than perform the installation work yourself.

-Technical education or relevant practical technical experience

-Strong problem-solving abilities and technical understanding

-Confidence in coordinating people and communicating with customers

-English language skills at B2 level or higher

-Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis

-A valid driving licence
