<br/>INVESTMENT SOURCING ANALYST<br/>
<br/>You will be responsible for:<ul>
<li> Managing all analytical activities with regards to sourcing & analysis of potential investments</li>
<li> Initiating contact with agents, developers, and investors to source suitable projects and follow up as required</li>
<li> Providing support for colleagues in contact with potential partners </li>
<li> Analyzing and calculate possible returns, risks, potential scenarios for each project and advise team accordingly </li>
<li> Supporting the due diligence process for different projects</li>
<li> Managing reporting of investments to investors, including financial analysis for investor reports</li>
<li> Overviewing and coordination of permitting and site preparation efforts in cooperation with project partners</li>
<li> Budget oversight, continual comparison and reporting of budget vs. actuals, contracted works vs. implemented works in cooperation with controlling department to create and manage budget </li>
<li> Supporting in buildup of market know-how in target markets via extensive country, industry and company specific research</li>
</ul>
<br/>You will report directly to the Managing Director and be part of a small team.

Požadujeme

The successful candidate should have the following attributes:<br/>
<ul>
<li> Czech/Slovak Native Speaker</li>
<li> Excellent knowledge of English, German language is advantage</li>
<li> University degree </li>
<li> Min.5 year experience in the same position</li>
<li> Experience from real estate is a must</li>
<li> Abilityto travel</li>
<li> Great organizational skills</li>
<li> Very good analytical skills</li>
<li> Advanced knowledge of MS Office(Excel, Access)</li>
<li> Proactive, selfstarter, independent</li>
<li> Ability to make decisions</li>
<li> Team player</li>
<li> Detail and result oriented</li>
</ul>
<br/>Start: by agreement<br/>Location: Prague 1<br/>Salary: based on your experience, approx. 60 - 80 000 CZK/month + company benefits
