- you will be able to communicate with internal users on a daily basis via telephone or chat and help them solve their technical problems
- you will have the opportunity to work with these technologies: MS Windows, MS Office, Active directory, Citrix, iOS/Android phones, etc.
- your working hours will be based on morning/afternoon shifts with the choice between 8 or 10 hour duration
- you will get a chance to use and improve your English and possibly French or German
- at the beginning, you will undertake intensive training where you will learn everything you need to know about IT

Nabízíme
- completed secondary education
- at least 6 months of previous experience with help-desk/customer services/sales activities…
- very good knowledge of MS technologies (Windows + MS Office)
- fluency in English (both oral and written form)
- fluency in French or German is an advantage
- EU citizenship
